Upload a courier Seller Return Delivery Report, Valmo (VL / VLR), or FTPL SURFACE RTO PDF. Only delivered / accepted / intact AWBs are imported. Undelivered and rejected rows are skipped. AWB rows marked Tampered (or similar) are ignored.
